Someone else on a long streak tried to look in the mirror and you're looking good, your eyes are glowing and fully open, full of light. You're feeling great. 10 min later you end up fantasizing about someone for some minutes and you feel you lost energy. You go back to the mirror and you look totally different compared to before, your eyes look different. That lustful thought just took away your high vibration just like that. It's long time since it happened to me because I can control the thoughts, but it just came to my mind and wanted to hear if anyone else have noticed it.

If you are struggling with anxiety, I can tell you that the reason for your anxiety is definitely lust, every time you lust, your soul gets shaken, that soul shake is making you anxious. Just imagine an earthquake, if you get lustful thoughts and you shut it down immediately that earthquake was only a minor one and won't do any damage, but if you entertain the thoughts and letting the fantasy flow in your mind, that earthquake would do damage to your world, not only it will shake your soul it can give aftershakes aswell, it will keep you in a constant state of anxiety. And if you dont know better, you wouldn't know why. I can tell you guys that im 100 percent sure, that majority of anxiety problems out there is because of lust. Im a living example, i was a wreck, i was shaking just when i wanted to go to the supermarket, as soon as I was standing in line my anxiety kicked in. I couldn't sit in a room with people I didn't know, I would start shaking. My nervous system was messed up. I couldn't speak up for myself, I had difficulty speaking and talking about my feelings or about myself. I was a true wreck, if there is a scale from 1 to 10 my anxiety was at 11. I can tell you if you are fighting anxiety right now, you need to defeat lust, you need to control it and tame it. And you need to be consistent, it won't work if you kill it for a week and then entertain it for 1 day, you need to have that fighter spirit inside of you every time you get something in your mind, kill that thought immediately, you need to do that for a year combined with SR. Trust me your anxiety will be completely gone. Therapy won't help you, it will cost you so much money, and it rarely completely remove the problem. You need to see your self as a lust addict, because that is exactly what you are. And it's ruining your life. I have myself been 4 years on SR and I did a one year long streak without releasing and without lusting and my anxiety is completely gone. If you want to be cured the cure is out there but it takes hard work. Maybe for you it will take less time to heal, depends on how big your problem is. This society are trying to ruin us men. Your body are giving you signals that you are on the right path, listen to your body it will always tell you the truth. I used to catch a cold maybe 1-2 times a year. I would have random body aches from time to time. With SR every pain is gone. I even feel like my bone and joints are smoother almost like SR will oil your joints or something like that. If you have never went pass 90 days of a clean focused SR journey, you probably have not tasted the true beauty of this practice. There is no way back to the old version when you taste this power you get. It becomes a lifestyle, even if you go back to the old version you will forever feel weird and weak, before SR you didn't know better but at this point you know your potential and what kind of vibe and energy you can reach. Animals are drawn to you, I caught myself feeling a dogs soul, i felt it was not happy, i felt it wanted my attention, it wanted me to rescue it. I swear im not making this up, when you reach a certain point you become very sensitive to energies, sometimes when vibrating super high you just have to look for a split second into somebodys eyes and it will give you a good look into the soul. Kids will want to be near you and they want to connect with you, they are mostly pure, and they feel that you are operating on a different level then the other adults. Man i had stray cats following me, circulating around my legs etc. Butterflies flying around me and landing on me, just sitting and playing with their wings. All this stuff never happened to me before SR, it's like you become connected to nature, you become a true part of this world. I've seen dogs barking very loudly until they saw me then they became quiet almost had an embarrassed look on their face. After I passed it and 10 sec later i hear the non stop barking again. I can't make this up fellow kings. We men are truly special, look at this super power we have, if we have dicipline we become something that most people if you told them will laugh at your face, its truly unbelievable. This power takes time to know how to use it properly and how to make it work for you in different areas of your life. People will definitely try to make you relapse somehow. Be careful, they can see you are different, they won't say it but they know. Most people probably doesn't know what it is, they just feel something about you that they would want to take away from you, by tempting you to do stuff that will bring your vibration down. Stay strong people, SR is a sweet blessing. That high vibration feeling, when you feel all light on your feet and you're floating when you walk, that feeling is better than sex. But when you reach that floating state, you also need to protect it. One wrong lustful fantasy can ruin your vibe. Not even ejaculation, just the fact that some girl is flirting with you and she gets into your head and you start fantasize about her, that right there is low vibrational and you will lose your sweet floating state, and you become frustrated etc. Don't let all this filth from the world conquer your happiness. This was my mistake as a beginner on SR, I would be on a long streak but my frequency was not stable. Because i kept giving it away as soon as i reach that sweetness, then i let these worldly stuff crash my peace. And it would go up and down with time just like an unstable stock market. It's important when you reach that state of bliss, you protect it at all cost. Don't let something bad crash into you, be aware of the road ahead. And be aware of the consequences. Old trauma will come to the surface on semen retention, you'll get the chance to digest what you have been putting under the rug for years. It will pop up out of nowhere, or it can appear in dreams, you will wake up with intense nightmares and think of it immediately when you wake up, just like in movies. People will not understand your vibe, because it's all over the place. My advice do not entertain lust, put it away asap when it comes to your mind, don't let it flow in your system. Especially on SR your energy and feelings are enhanced, there is no hiding, people will sense the truth. Be mindful about what you do, because it will come back and bite you.

When you are really horny on Semen Retention but are able to control yourself and fight through the lust, this is were you level up, and this is were benefits are at it's highest, this level up window is when you have the most beautiful magnetism, and a lot of people will be in kind of a trance in your company. They have never felt that kind of magnetic energy before. But staying humble is playing a big part in the magnetic pull. So stay humble at the same time.

Alot of people will not understand your light, you will stand out in the crowd. You are the 1%. Many people have never seen somebody like you before.

You will not get the real true benefits if you are not all in on this practice, it will not work properly. A pure practice like SR need to go hand in hand with pure behaviour/thoughts aswell. You can not be on SR, and then not controlling your lust or edging etc. and think you can get the true benefits. I have found this out by experience, i have been through so many streaks with so many different mindsets. Actually the streaks were you are on a long SR streak but are not controlling your lust and aggression at the same time are the dangerous ones, people will hate you alot, you will easily get into some situations that can end really bad out there. Because you will give off a vibe that is very aggressive, you don't see it and feel it yourself but some people feel it and will hate on you, even attack you. I have found out when you are on a serious clean streak, meaning everything is clean, no lust, no peeking, controlled anger, and working on other areas in your life at the same time, you will become protected and no one can touch you, they will maybe lay low hate but they can not say anything bad to your face. You have a shield all around you that protects you from evil. You can literally feel it, you can also feel your eyes have a pure power. The people who say it doesn't work, are not giving it time enough, I have had some of my early streaks were the benefits come after over 100 days and I had streaks later as a more experienced practitioner were benefits come after 7-14 days. It depends on your inner state and how damaged you are.
