how do i get that one?

i fully played through prologue and episode 1. what am i missing here, do i have a random chance of getting it?

I JUST FINISHED CAMPAIGN!!!

i got stopwatch as my artifact and it helped out a ton, before this i had around 5 lives (1 from the run i reached the nest and 4 from my previous run) and i died in all of them so it was truly heartbreaking but i decided to play with my last life and i finished it!!! i❤️ stopwatch it saved me like 10 times
