RX 6700 XT keeps freezing my PC + AMD driver timeout errors.

Computer Type: Desktop

GPU: RX 6700 XT 12 GB

CPU: Intel Core i7-10700KF

Motherboard: ASUS TUF Gaming Z590-Plus Wifi

BIOS Version: Latest

RAM: G.Skill Trident Z Neo 32GB DDR4

PSU: Corsair 850W

Case: Corsair 7000D Airflow

Operating System & Version: Windows 11

GPU Drivers: AMD Adrenalin Version 26.5.1

Chipset Drivers: Latest

Background Applications: My usual background applications are Discord, Spotify, and OperaGX

Description of Original Problem: My PC randomly freezes pretty often, no matter what application or game is running. Sometimes it only freezes for 1 to 2 seconds and the audio starts lagging/stuttering during it, but other times my PC and entire display freezes for several minutes. Eventually everything comes back on and the AMD Adrenalin software gives me a driver timeout error, but my PC never fully shuts off or reboots and just hangs for a while and eventually recovers. These issues have been happening since the beginning of this year, and I originally thought it would just go away on its own, especially with AMD updates possibly bringing out fixes. But lately it has been getting worse and now I’m actually starting to get concerned.

Troubleshooting: I’ve tried reinstalling AMD drivers a few times, including testing earlier versions along with a completely clean reinstall using DDU. I’ve also updated BIOS and chipset drivers, cleaned and reseated the GPU, checked temperatures, used separate PCIe PSU cables, ran memory diagnostics, and disabled XMP. Memory diagnostics showed no issues, and disabling XMP did not completely fix the problem either. At this point I’m trying to figure out whether this sounds more like a failing GPU issue, motherboard issue, PCIe issue, or something else entirely.

I'd appreciate any help that can be given, especially since I don't want to spend any more money on new parts.
