Short question: If you mixed Stack Pack and Defense Pack into classic UNO, may Defense cards defense the effect by Stack Cards?

I just bought all UNO Add-On Packs. Before I mix Stack Pack into classic UNO, I came out a issue:

If my friends and I decided to use unoffical stack rule (Draw 2 can be stacked by another Draw 2 or Wild Draw 4 to shift penalties, and Draw 4 can't be stacked by Draw 2), may Stack Cards can be stacked by a Draw Card?

It may not a issue, but I still have question on it and other expand questions. So if someone can give me a answer on it I'll be appreciate to him/her.
