Does anyone recognize these letters?, I don't recall ever seeing UNO with those wild cards.

Ahhh, Guzik is acting up again. It all started when I came up with a new way to play UNO HR (House Rules), and I wanted to design cards that would make playing this new way easier. I made them and planned to ask Chaos what he thought about the idea, but he was out for a walk and I didn’t want to interrupt him, so I was just sitting in front of my computer with the browser open (this is already starting badly) and my graphics program running.

While waiting, I accidentally — and I really mean accidentally — recreated the entire UNO HR deck. And since I’m an UNO FS maniac, and vector programs make it super easy to swap colors around, I ended up making another UNO version… but in 8 colors hahaha.

At this point I think I have to call this a whole series because, let’s summarize: I made my own UNO FS, Add-On Swap FS, UNO Minimalista FS, and UNO HR FS. So yeah, I’m just going to keep making FS games until Mattel finally makes an official UNO FS!!!!

And by the way, the new UNO HR gameplay method will be its own separate post. I think it could actually be pretty interesting, so stay tuned ;DAhhh, Guzik is acting up again. Extra add-on I made for my UNO flip game, with customs rules. They includie

- Cards number "10"

- Cards number "0". Originally absent from the UNO flip, a non-mandatory rule could use 0 as a card to cancel any draw 1, 2 or 4.

- Cards +4/+10

- Replay color. A card that allows the player to play another card of the same color.

-Everyone Draw +1/+2. As the names indicates, the player makes everyone draw one or two cards before replaying.

- "+" cards. Allows the player to replay with a number with the same color, the combination result the next player to draw the number indicated (ex + followed by 9 equals +9 for the next player)

- Cards number "3". On UNO almost each cards have pair. With an extra 3, there is a trio of 3, that can be play directly as per like the pairs.

-Semi-Wild cards. Existing with all possible color combinations, it can be played on the two indicated colors, and as a wild card the player can choose one of the two colors to continue with.

- Ghost Card/Blank card. When in a set of drawn from the deck, the player haves to discard it in the draw deck, removing automatically the card and giving an advantage.

In a previous post, I was showcasing some designs for a Wild Twists addition to base UNO. I was unsure of how to design the cards, so I went asking for suggestions. Here's a couple of alternative designs, what do you all think? The third photo is the current option from the precious post. If anybody has any ideas, please let me know.

What started out as three decks mid-March has growth into this new obsession in about two months. Somewhat of a far cry from several weeks ago (pic 4). Most of which placed in plastic playing card cases to take out the hassle of halving the cards just to put them back in their original boxes.

As with before, they're presented here into three groups. Right group is the legit decks, center the playable bootlegs, and left decks that I made: a physical recreation of Chaos's Full Spectrum deck, a partial physical recreation of NWKS's Full Spectrum deck using a repurposed bootleg Uno Flip deck, and my Full Spectrum and More set.

In case you're wondering, I've kept the original boxes for references (pic 5) but I'm still undecided what to do with them.

At the moment, this set will now grow slowly since collecting costs money, especially with the legit ones and this current economy. No plans currently to pick up Golf/Zero, Teams, or Party. Don't know yet what else to target. Still awaiting another deck ordered online (one in some form, I hope, to replace the one I ceded to my nephew and nieces).

I also happen to have the Wild Twist playing cards (last pic) which are part of a separate playing card collection.

EDIT: No plans to pick up any add-ons either... currently. I'm also mulling a better space to place my collection or an alternative arrangement.

Short question: If you mixed Stack Pack and Defense Pack into classic UNO, may Defense cards defense the effect by Stack Cards?

I'm working on some remade cards from UNO Wild Twists to be added to a standard UNO game. I am a bit unsure of the designs, so what do you all think?

I'm still working on how exactly they'd work, given Wild Twists is not a standard UNO game, but rather a set of Piker Cards, so if anyone has any ideas please let me know!

I actually already built all these new features into Version 2.0, and have playtested over 30 games with friends. But since the content got so massive, I decided to release this as a separate update alongside Ver2.0.

The core gameplay logic is adapted from the official UNO “ELITE” concept. I found it really interesting, so I reworked it to fit my custom rules. Every special effect from the original game is now split across the new Action Cards, and each card has 1–2 unique abilities that you activate using color and/or number matches:

• Some Action Cards only require a color match to use.
• More powerful ones need both color and number matches to trigger.

The art for the Action Number Cards was redrawn with inspiration from UNO GOLF — I’ve always loved that set’s clean, modern number design, and this also helps visually distinguish them from regular number cards.

There’s only one copy of each Action Number Card in the deck.

For this update, I’ve put all the rules and play examples directly into the images, so you can follow along without jumping back and forth between text and previews.

This new version has only been playtested for about 30 games, so it still needs a lot more rounds to balance fairness, refine card effects, and cut or tweak underpowered/overpowered cards.

That said, the live swing moments when you use an Action Card to completely reverse the game are chef’s kiss — the chaos and excitement are off the charts.

Year says 2002, but from what I can tell these sets weren’t released until later 2010’s (2017, 19’ and 20’ I think).
I also looked up the cert number and can’t find it on PCG site. I’m wary to scan the code on the back too.
Anyone know if this is legit?
