Question about wild cards

So recently I got a Uno pack ( I never in my life have played Uno) and it kinda didn't come with a manual or rules and what does each card do? Now I looked up the general rules and what each card and some wild cards do

But these 3 I couldn't find ( I didn't really look deep tho because I got flooded with a shit ton of cards that I didn't have) so wanted to ask what these 3 do and are they even legit? Also can someone explain the sheer amount of wild cards that I saw?!? are those needed? Are there multiple game types??

I read somewhere 2 is the best one but I dunno if it's true or not

Problem with connecting

so I wanted to get the plat for FC 4 on PS5 and the only ones left are online trophies but every time I try to connect it says servers are unreachable I thought the servers had problems but I've seen a couple of posts where people were requesting help with online trophies so I thought they were fixed but I still can't connect what's the problem!?! Is it a regional thing? ( I have no problem going online in any other games it's just FC4)
