Need some feedback

Hi everyone, I’m sculpting an orc in Blender and I’d like some advice or suggestions on how to improve it.

I’ve always used Blender for hard-surface modeling, but some time ago I started experimenting with the sculpting tools. I’ve been watching tutorials and practicing a lot. Out of all the orcs I’ve made, this is the one I like the most, but I feel that in some areas it looks a bit bloated, or the details don’t stand out as much as I’d like.

This model currently has 80k vertices, not including the teeth, gums, tongue and eyes.

My plan is to finish the high poly, create a low poly version, texture it in Substance 3D Painter, then bring it back into Blender to create armor and weapons, and finally render the full-body character.
