Hey guys,

I took my first dose of testosterone today (43mg Test E), but afterwards I realized that this could maybe be an issue because I have a varicocele. It has never really bothered me, so I never got it checked by a doctor yet.

Now I’m getting worried about fertility since I definitely want kids later in life.

My original plan was to run 300mg/week for 24 weeks with HCG.

I know HCG can help maintain testicular function/fertility to some extent, but I’m not sure how much a varicocele changes the situation.

Did anyone here run gear with a varicocele? Should I stop now and get it checked first, or am I overthinking this after just one dose?

Would appreciate any advice.
