Having some difficulty micro dosing T.

Having some difficulty micro dosing T.

Got a six month sub to Peter MD, and after talking with a lot of people about it, I decided to go the daily micro dosing method. Problem is, the amount is so low, it is sometimes hard for me to tell if I've even gotten much at all, since after I inject there appears to still be more in the syringe. Feeling great overall, and working out, with lots of energy, but this method is a little difficult to tell if you're actually doing it right.
The rep from Peter MD said to pull it back to the green line for a 0.11 ml dose, but it doesn't draw easily, even when I run the bottle under hot water as suggested, and use a larger 22 gauge needle to draw it out, before switching to a 30 gauge to inject. I have to draw it way down to the 0.3 mark to make sure this clear fluid is in the syringe, then push it to the o.11 mark, but when I inject it the distance between the 0.11 and 0.0 is so small I can't tell if I am actually getting the T, and then after wards when I push the syringe more comes out after the injection, even though I pushed it all the way when injecting.
If anyone is on a micro dosing protocol and has some tips for me I'd greatly appreciate it..
Thanks!
See message from Peter MD below.

Should I stay on HCG

Been on testosterone and HCG for about a year and I'm thinking about stopping the HCG. Im 59 so I don't care about fertility, but not so sure about shrinkage. Can anyone who has stopped HCG share how it affected them... shrinkage. As far as I know these are the only 2 reasons to be on it.

How fast will you lose hair on anavar

Im very prone to hairloss, i did 2 cycles before for 8 weeks each for anavar at 25mg

If i just do a 4 week cycle is that enough to start miniturizing my hair follicles?

Starting TRT on my own, have questions, looking for feedback

I have low testosterone (63yo, 200-300 average out of 3 tests), wanted to start TRT but my PCP refused for now. She wants to focus on getting my diabetes under control (almost there) first, which doesn't make sense to me but whatever. It should be under control in the next two months or so. I'm titrating up on Mounjaro and it's working. I'm really watching my diet, walking 10,000 steps per day and doing yoga. My shoulders are completely shot from weight training for 40 years so that's not an option. I'm not looking to get big again, just want to feel normal and for the other benefits of TRT. I've run many cycles in the past but it's been a while and this is my first try at TRT.

I started using 250mgs Test E per week (one injection), which seems high for TRT to me, but I have 1ml amps and don't want to leave the 1/2ml in a syringe for a week, hence the 250mg's. I have enough to last through August and have decided to go the UGL route due to cost and convenience.

Since starting, my sex drive is back, I get random erections, have more energy, sleeping better and have more stamina and endurance.

What type of bloodwork should I get, assuming my PCP will order the tests?

Should I go down to 125mg and leave the unused test in the syringe?

Any other comments or suggestions are appreciated. TIA

Edit: I also have HCG, which I was going to use 250iu twice per week.

Should I quit finasteride?

I am 18 years old and I have experienced hair loss, about five months ago I started using finasteride. Recently, I’ve been feeling very anxious to the point I felt like I was gonna explode. I don’t know if this is caused by Finasteride or my blood work, or something else entirely. My doctor is on vacation right now so he’s not responding to my messages. But the finasteride is the only hormonal thing I’m taking. i’ve also noticed weaker libido.

Prescribed enclomiphene for severely low testosterone...worried I should see an endocrinologist though? Should I expect to take this forever?

Hi, so I've had two separate testosterone tests both under 250 (the last one was about 150). Free test also very low. I'm in my 30s and I have basically been unable to get below 200 lbs (I'm 5'9") for the past 10 years. ATM I am 230 lbs. I was even on Ozempic and could not lose weight on it. The past two years I haven't been able to get an erection naturally without Viagra and I'm only in my early 30s, which was the bigger driver of me getting tested. I had no idea how terrible the situation was going to be.

So now I am getting treated with enclo (going through Hims but also talked to my PCP about this). But now I'm worried I could have a tumor or some serious issue?

I definitely went through puberty (bass voice, average height, average penis, body hair, sex drive high until a couple years ago). So I don't think I have Klinefelter's or a serious genetic disorder. Did my testicles just stop working as well in my 20s?

I know Hims is really just a consumer service that isn't comprehensive healthcare, but it's easy/accessible for me and was barely more than what my Viagra prescription costs (which I'm canceling). If I see an endo it will be expensive, but should I?

My other theory: it's just an obesity feedback loop and when I'm a healthy weight again and build muscle maybe my body will be more balanced and can support itself without medication?

3 weeks into trt - gained 7lbs in a deficit

Prescribed 140mg Test cyp per week. I’m pinning delts daily.

I’ve been in a 500 calorie deficit for 3 months. Have been consistently losing weight…until I started trt.

Before trt I was 168lbs (at 5’10”). Weight this morning was 175.

I’m prescribed 1mg anastrozole 2x weekly. So far I’ve only taken 0.25mg a couple times when I felt discomfort around nipples.

The weight has to be water, as my calories are tracked perfectly. I weigh everything I eat by the gram. Diet is high protein, all clean meats, vegetables, bananas, a bit of rice…no sweets of any kind, no junk carbs. I never go over my daily calorie goal (currently at 1478).

I drink around 1 gallon of water daily. I only drink water.

I lift weights 4+ times weekly, run a 5k 1-2 times weekly. I sit in the sauna daily for 30-45 minutes.

I want to get rid of this water weight. Do I ride it out until my hormones level out, as I’m only 3 weeks in? Pop more anastrozole? Take diuretics?

Should I consider TRT at 21

Hey guys. My parents and I have been back and forth deciding whether I should start TRT or not. I was always the skinny fat kid, up until the age of 16 where my puberty peaked, in which I lost alot of weight, had a good libido and intimate life with my girlfriend, and overall felt amazing. Years after that, around the age of 19, my testosterone dropped again, Gynocomastia further developed, picked up weight, Libido became non-existent, and just became a fat chubby young man - got cheated on by my girlfriend at that time. My speculation is that I was always was primary hypogonadal but puberty was a temporary increase in my test. I did lab tests last year July, in which it determined my total test levels were about 310, with free test on the lower end. Assumed that it was maybe due to my mental state and Anavar use that July. Continued with my life, depressed, no libido, absolutely no gains in the gym (6 times a week), and just feeling horrible overall. I would like to mention I was optimizing sleep, nutrition, exercise and my mental state by being social, in which I did enjoy myself but always compared my happiness then to when I was back in highschool, jacked and more lively. Then in December, I again tested my blood work, after optimising absolutely everything, in which my total test was 271 and free test was average. I would like to mention that I had normal LH and FSH in both labs. This ruined me as it further supported my speculation of being primarily hypogonadal. Long story short, was prescribed enclo, didnt do nada besides making my balls bigger. Long story short I lost a bunch of fat, got scouted by a modeling agency, and for the past 3 months my life has turned around and I feel great for the first time in 2 years, but..... to be a model level of skinny, I would and still do, eat around 1200 calories per day, sometimes 800, sometimes 1400. Malnourishing my body has been the only thing that has made me happy. I no longer feel/felt like the chubby young adult I was. Ofcourse ive realized how detrimental this is for my health, and understand I must eat 2k calories.

So my question is, do I go back to the chubbier, no sex-drive (low energy), unhappy person that I was (would also like to mention that fat gain was consistent at that point), do I continue to starve myself to feel happy in some sense (which I wont continue to do), or do I just approach the main issue: optimise my test to the normal level of individuals my age, literally 750 total, nothing crazy? Wouldnt this allow me to eat normal, have a functional sex-life with a significant other (which I can't right now) & improve my confidence (both mentally and physically)? I am obviously concerned/ aware about the long-term effects of being on TRT, infertility (my parents offered to freeze my sperm at a bank for later use), hairloss, increase resting heart rate etc, but I feel like its worth it, considering I have been absolutely depressed for the past two years (derived from my low-test like symptoms). I really hope I can get some guidance, I dont want to go back to my old-self, but neither do I want to starve myself to feel happy about something. Would love to hear some advice from some more experienced people.

In case this helps with anything: height (193.5cm (6foot3)), 78kg, 21 years old.

8 weeks off of TRT. I feel good despite these numbers

I stopped taking TRT 8 weeks ago and here are the numbers. I had bloodwork 4 weeks ago and the numbers were even lower so I have recovered some. However, I feel fine. The TRT after a year, even lowering to 120mg from 160mg per week split 3x made me feel incredibly anxious, crappy sleep, tinnitus, hair loss. All bloodwork was checked every 8 weeks for a year. My estrogen was never high, my other numbers were good. I stay hydrated, eat well and I have a cpap machine for sleep apnea.

Is there any benefit to starting an even smaller dose? I would imagine I will start to feel the effect’s of low T eventually

Character changes caused by trt?

Guys on a trt, have u or the people around you noticed character changes when u started trt.
For example less or more empathy. Or anything else?

I’m 8 years old. I snuck and got my dad’s phone. Should I start TRT? I eat nothing but chicken nuggets and applesauce and I have a fat belly and no hair on my testicles. The only exercise I get is recess. Also, I’m thinking of just taking enclomiphene because I’m scared of needles. Would that work?

Bf acts different after coming off test

I didn’t notice any difference in him when on test I think he ran a cycle for like 3-4 months maybe. I know he took winstrol also with it. Then he changed Reta with test. He started PCT a few weeks ago and he’s just different.

He’s emotionally distant now says he needs a break. I gave him space immediately his mom said he seems down and maybe depressed. I feel like it could be the hormones bc he has not touched me in two weeks before this. Showed no interest in sex or closeness and the last time we tried to have sex he had trouble getting a boner. Any advice?

Would HGH hurt pct .

Im coming off of a Test cycle of around 18 weeks, 400mg of test e weekly split 2x a week. I wanted to hop on hgh when I’m doing my pct (as I am an athlete and can’t afford to cruise for the rest of my life due to rules and regulations or I 100% would). Would Hgh impact my pct of Clomid and nolvadex? I wanted to start hgh as soon as I got it, I wish I stacked it with my test, but I needed to finish my test cycle as quick as I could. So lmk if it will fry my pct or not.

Starting test at 23% bf

Hey crew I’m just interested to see what your guys thoughts and opinions are at starting a TRT dose at 200mg or test at 300mg at around 22% body fat? Currently running reta and was looking to incorporate HGH into the stack. Started my weight loss journey at about 115kg about a year and a half ago and currently this is where I’m sitting

3000+ testosterone & free test - (Lab Results)

Got my lab results back today… testosterone came back over 3000 😳

Honestly, I wasn’t expecting it to be that high.

Right now I’m taking about 500mg of test per week. I was pinning every other day but recently switched to daily injections. I’m not an expert at analyzing labs, so for those of you who know this world better than me, I’d genuinely love your take:

Is this level expected at this dosage? Anything I should really be paying attention to?

What’s interesting is… I actually feel really good.

Energy has been solid. Mental has been good. Strength and gym performance feel great. Erections/libido are solid. No major negative symptoms honestly. Maybe holding a little extra water, but overall I’ve felt pretty dialed in.

My hematocrit did come back a little high, so I’m trying to understand how concerned I should actually be about that. I know donating blood is always an option if needed.

I am considering lowering the test from 500 down to around 400 just to see if I can keep the benefits while bringing some numbers down a bit.

Plan right now is to continue the cycle. Just added Anavar a few days ago, and considering adding Reta to help drop some excess body fat while tightening things up.

Trying to stay smart about it:
• NAC for liver support
• Tons of water
• Monitoring bloodwork
• consistently taming DIM & calcium-g

Any other advice from the experienced guys in here?

For context….I’m over 40 and have been consistently lifting for over 10 years (really since I was 18). Been on test/trt alone for a little over a year now (suffered from hypogonadism for most of my adult life)This is the first time I’ve added compounds on top of it.

Always learning. Appreciate the feedback from the people who actually know their stuff 💪

Natty e2 is 15 and test is 460.

A month or 2 ago I did a blood test my e2 was around 25 and test was 430 and SHBG was 20. Today I did another test and my test 460 and e2 15 and SHBG is 23. I’ll get back on boron to reduce the SHBG but why is my e2 so low? I feel like my knees are so dry but I do like dry af and vascular as a mfr. any inputs? Also how to raise e2 without gaining fat

Advice after initial blood test

I did a blood test with Manual and am after some advice please.

Im 44, training for an Ironman so do a lot of swimming running and cycling but still lift 3x a week.
Im 6’2”, 90kg and don’t have any symptoms of low testosterone.

I did the test because I’m interested what my testosterone levels would be as I’m 44 now.

Can you advise me on how low I am and if you’d recommend me starting trt in regards to my training and my general life goal of being as strong and healthy as possible, thanks in advance.
