Enclomiphene efficacy fall-off

Context: 24M, 150lbs, somewhere around 15-17% body fat by best visual estimate. Heavy training and strict diet, good sleep. Consistentlyly low 400s/high 300s total T, with FSH and LH both at 2 when not taking supplements. Enclomiphene was taken 12.5mg/EOD as a monotherapy. Yes I am young, I have had that argument a hundred times. Please just post thoughts related to the data. I have my personal reasons for going this route.

I have been taking enclomiphene for roughly 8 months now, and have apparently found the figurative end of the road. I know multiple people report this efficacy falloff around the six month mark, but wanted to add actual lab results and data for anyone tracking this or interested in the drug used as a monotherapy.

Six Month bloodwork is first, eighth month is second. I’ve also labeled each picture.

As you guys can see, it seems like everything stopped working. And my estrogen has shot through the roof-leading to some pretty bad acne breakouts, low libido, and just kind of overall feeling groggy and beat up.

I have not changed my lifting routine, diet restrictions, dosing, supply, or anything between these bloods. I am operating in a very mild caloric deficit (200), but that was in place during the six month bloods.

Would love to answer any questions, or have any discussion about this! I will not be taking the enclomiphene for a few months while my signaling resets and estrogen returns to baseline.

Edit: yes I absolutely expected this to happen. I do not believe it is worth it to continue the treatment with an AI when I could simply just stop taking the enclomiphene, and restart from zero later. I am aware it is not a PED, but it has helped my energy levels and mental state significantly.

Rock chips on new models

I’ve seen the newer models have tape/an extra plate in these areas to prevent rock chips. I purchased my truck pre-owned and it didn’t have the protections in place and I’ve already got some severe chipping and surface rust starting. Person before me didn’t really care for this truck so I’m not surprised.

My question is: what would you guys recommend to protect this area? Is there some form of tape that will help, or should I bite the bullet and line the edge with Bedliner? Obviously sanding the rust out and repainting is already the plan, but don’t want to waste the money on paint if the best option is to line it

Engagement location suggestions!

Hello everyone, I have finally saved up enough to buy a ring!

I’m looking at proposing sometime this fall and am wondering if people had any suggestions on location. My girlfriend absolutely loves fall, and all the leaves changing, so I’m wanting something outdoors to really capture that. I also want something pretty private/intimate, so I don’t know that Loose park would be any good for that.

I’ve been researching Powell gardens/sunken garden, but have never been to either in the fall. A bit of a drive isn’t something I’m concerned with, so if there’s a place out of the metro, I’m open to that. I’ve grown up in the area, but just looking for any more hidden gems.

Also, if anyone has any photographers that they’ve used and have liked, let me know!

Autobahn i3 VLT Opinions

About a year ago I purchased a truck and am finally getting around to having it tinted! I’m going with autobahn i3 as I got a quote for $480 for everything except windshield, from a very well reviewed local shop.

On my previous car, I had 5% all around, which I liked, but it was cheap tint and visibility/discoloration was a big issue. Turned fully purple after about 5 years. And 5% would definitely be too much for the truck.

I really value my privacy in my truck, so I’m leaning towards 15% all around, with an eventual 35% on the windshield. Also considering doing 10% with 40% on windshield if 15 isn’t dark enough.

I was wondering what everyone’s opinions are on how it would look/what I should do, as this is my first autobahn film.

Pictures attached are with manufacturer spec privacy glass, which I believe is 27% on rear doors and back glass, nothing up front

Pending results

This is my first time using good labs, and I had a question about pending results. I understand that results are added as labs are completed, but I ordered the men’s comprehensive panel, and then a week later added the IGF-1 and z-score tests to the panel.

When I look at the portal, it shows my remaining results that are still being worked on, everything except the added IGF-1. On the lab order PDF, it does not show the “awaiting results” for this either.

My question is: is it common for them to not show a test that is waiting for results? Is the PDF not including the test because it was a separate addition? Should I be calling them to find out where my blood is lol

Enclomiphene and HGH

Does anyone have any studies (or experience) related to the use of HGH while undergoing treatment with enclomiphene? I’m specifically curious for how the two work together compared to traditional TRT and HGH.

I do not expect the results of a stack reliant on natural hormone production to match that of exogenous TRT, but I can’t find any info on this anywhere. TIA

Secondhand Furniture/ Full apartment Setup

$1500 - Local Meet at Storage unit Overland Park

I have a Facebook listing up for some secondhand furniture. Due to some external factors, me and my girlfriend gave up our apartment a few months ago, and we’re looking to sell everything to cover some textbook costs for a school she got into.

I won’t copy the full text here, but the long and short of it is that I have a coffee table, couch (this couch is massive), dining set, tv stand, and shelves that are all color matched and hand painted/stained. I put a lot of time into refinishing all this stuff and it’s in great condition. It has all been kept in a climate controlled storage unit since getting packed up in March.

I also have other everyday things someone would need like toaster oven, microwave, glassware, trash can, etc.

Would be ideal for a college student or someone who wants everything in one go. If anyone is looking to furnish an apartment, or even just have matching furniture for a small home, please feel free to message me or check out my listing!

All prices negotiable.

Loading Doses and Retatrutide

Has anyone experimented with a loading dose for Retatrutide? Basic pharmacokinetics states that for any medication, there is an effective dose to skip loading phase and jump straight to serum concentrations. Obviously it is an extremely simplified view of a the 4 half life rule, but for Retatrutide microdosing I was curious how effective it may be if a subject could handle an initial loading dose of 1.5/2mg, as this is already the standard serum level established in research studies.

Has anyone done it with other peptides? Super curious to hear about the research/experiences

Edit: quickly realized that people are not as familiar with PK as I had hoped. My goal is to maintain 1mg weekly concentration. Was curious about people’s experience taking a loading dose ABOVE their desired dosage in order to skip the 4 half life time frame. Then reducing down to their maintenance dose.

Enclomiphene and IGF-1 reduction

I’m scheduling some blood work for my 3.5/4 month mark while taking enclomiphene, and was wondering if anyone had lab data that proved a reduction in IGF-1 levels. I know this is a known side effect of both enclomiphene and clomid, with around a 50% reduction (Wiehle 2013, AACR) , (Mogar et al. 2025, J endocr soc)

Ideally I would like to know both your testosterone changes and dosing protocol alongside this.

Really just looking at what to expect as a reduction in my levels, and possibly mixing in cjc/ipa to aide as the enclomiphene has truly helped my energy levels and mental state. Would be happy to discuss here or in DMs!

Blunted

I am so tired of the emotional blunting from this medication. Like tired enough that I don’t even want to do anything about it. My relationship is suffering because I legitimately can’t feel what I should. I’ve been on this stuff for 4 years for bipolar to help calm the highs and lows. I came off for about 8 months at one point and was absolutely miserable and impulsive as all hell. I hate being on this medication because of all the side effects, and I hate being off of it because I feel like I spiral. Feel like my options are to suffer from my condition or to have my relationship suffer. I’m not really sure what the point of this post is but I’m just ranting to other people who’ve been on this med. Just needed to express my absolute disgust at having to be on these pills somewhere.

Bulking - M24 5’5 157lbs

Apologies for the terrible lighting and angle, have to make do with what we have. (Also no clue how to pose lol) Zero pump, full day of eating down.

Background: I’ve been lifting consistently since 15 but have always been a small dude. Wrestling forced me to keep my weight down so I never truly got into a huge bulk, just always stayed super lean. I’m just about a year into this bulk and I’ve gone from 146->157. Gunning for a full 170 before a super shred. Eating 2900 calories daily at 180g protein, and alternating as needed between heavier on healthy fats or carbs. Full vitamin stack along with great sleep hygiene. Enclomiphene 12.5mg EOD as a mono therapy (yes I know it’s not a PED, but it keeps me at a good level, I’ve done my research)

Problem: I am proposing in a few months and want to look good on camera. I also don’t want to stop gaining, as I’m officially the heaviest I’ve ever been, and just broke through a slight plateau. With eating in such a heavy surplus, will a small dose of CJC/ipa or Reta be able to slim some of this puffiness down without halting me completely? Enclomiphene also shows reduction in IGF-1 in some trials, and my bloods have not shown any significant change yet, but that may be a concern as I push into the third month.

I’m mostly looking for any commentary from people who’ve done these larger bulks and used a GH secretagogue or low dose Reta through the process. I don’t want to get much higher in BF as my best guess puts me in low 20s currently (store it all in back/sides/thighs) And if anyone has constructive criticism on the build, would be happy to hear that too! (unless it’s chest, I’m trying guys)

Enclomiphene Mono-Therapy

Just got my 5 week bloodwork done for enclomiphene 12.5mg/EOD. I did this draw at 7:30 am, 48hrs after last dose of enclo. Sleep the night before was horrible (bad storm, woke up constantly). The previous labs were done after a week break from all strenuous exercise, and were my highest labs in over a year. I repeatedly tested in the low 400s total range for a year before deciding to start using enclomiphene as a mono therapy.

For context I’m 23, 5’6”, 150lbs, around 18% bf due to trying to gain (it wasn’t working until I started this stuff), weightlifting 5 days a week, with mobility and cardio on my 2 off days. Have a history of concussions, hormone and mental health complications.

I can give more info on vitamin stacks, lifestyle, etc if anyone is curious, but wanted to post this here for some of the other young guys. Just basically wanted to show my response to the medicine NOT as a PED, but as a legitimate option for treating secondary hypo.

I’ve honestly not felt this good in years. Woud welcome any and all discussion!
