Beste place to find 28mm modern miniatures.(eu) Looking for insurgents for haywire and spectre operations.

Mostly for solo play and how many figures to i need to start with.. Any bulk pack's? Found a few suppliers but its Just 6 different models not many variations. You guys run multiple same models or? Any advice would be appriciated. Also what is a good start? +/- 30 models: 20 Fighters? 1 leader, 2 snipers?
