Hi!
I am pretty much using Excel for the first time in my life, and my deadline is tomorrow. I tried to find a solution online, and I found some results about comparing tables, but I honestly didn't understand if that was even what I'm looking for... If I had a few more days I might be able to figure it out on my own, but right now I'm running out of time.

Here's my situation: I have two big tables with identical labelling (they're comparisons of data between two different years). They're formatted as tables, like in the mock-up just much larger. The numbers in the mock-up don't make sense, don't mind them.

I want to add difference markers to the second table, something like those arrows or percentages I manually added in the mock-up. I'm hoping there's some pre-programmed function I just can't find?

Ideally the solution would be through conditional formatting, because adding new rows in the middle would muck up everything below those two tables and take ages to fix...

Percentages would be great, but arrows would be better than nothing.

Hey there, I hope this is okay to ask here, I was struggling to think of a subreddit with people who might actually know what they're talking about, instead of just guessing!

I rent an apartment in a big 8-story building, and we have cleaning personnel who (eh, more or less tbh) clean the staircase/hallways once a week. Lately I've noticed that the current staff member just uses his broom to push all the dirt (and possibly small debris) down the gap into the elevator shaft, instead of using the stairs to scoop it into a dustbin.

...Is this worth telling management about? I don't want to unnecessarily get the man into trouble if it's harmless, but the last time the elevator needed substantial work we got a pretty hefty bill increase as residents, and it being down for weeks wasn't fun either. So I'm not really keen on it breaking again.

TL;DR: Sweeping dirt/debris into the elevator shaft, harmless enough to ignore, y/n?

I've got a question for the hive mind: I've got (naturally occurring and difficult to treat) high blood pressure and ADHD. My ADHD meds worsen the blood pressure, and for the past two years my neurologist (my "ADHD doc") and me have been trying to get that under control. We're at a point where *without* the ADHD meds my blood pressure is regulated, but we can't get the ADHD meds spike under control. We tried our way through four different blood pressure meds along the way.

Naturally, he sent me to a cardiologist. I went to two different ones, and both clammed up at the mention of ADHD meds, refusing to engage with finding a solution that isn't "just stop, then. I don't see the issue." Which is obviously not a solution, as anyone with severe ADHD can attest to. The second one didn't even care about the letter of "yes, he does need them" my neurologist gave me to show him.

My question: Does anybody know of a cardiologist here in Berlin who can handle ADHD meds crossovers, for lack of better phrasing? Or more difficult to medicate blood pressure cases in general? Or just....a cardiologist you're really really happy with?
