I've been using a walking pad lately to try to get fitter. But I feel so exhausted the week or so before my period and I feel like I barely have enough energy just to make it through the day, let alone exercise. If you suffer from PMDD exhaustion, how do you manage to keep your energy levels up?
I already take multivitamin & mineral tablets, omega 3 6 9 supplements, and prescription vitamin D & calcium tablets daily. I've had a blood test recently and nothing came back abnormal. I don't know why I get so exhausted.
