I (34F) found an apartment I love but it happens to be across the street from my bf (38M) of two weeks.
My lease is ending next month and I've decided to find a place on my own instead of dealing with roommates. I love my current apartment because it has a waterfront lake view and forest, the nature feels very peaceful. Finding a large floorplan in my budget with nature nearby has been difficult, but after weeks of searching I finally found a place that feels like home. I talked to the front office, applied and was approved. I'm touring it in a couple days.
Today I was looking at the area on Maps and realized... it's extremely close to my new boyfriend's home. Not the same neighborhood, but literally across the highway. I had no idea when I applied. I've only been to his place twice and wasn't focusing on the street names. I would have picked this place even if I never met him.
How inappropriate would it be for me to move here? We've been dating for one month and official for TWO WEEKS. It's going extremely well and we're intentionally trying to take it slow. If I do pick this place, how can I explain it was not intentional? I don't want him to feel uncomfortable or cross any boundaries.
