So I just installed the dArkOSre on my Ultra (GR36S-MB V1.4-2025-07-30 R36 Ultra) and when I tried to choose a board, mine isn't listed, even though it says it's working in the latest beta. I used GR36-MB V1.1-20250422 and it's working, but I'm not sure if I should be using GR36S-MB V1.4 dtb and just did downloaded the wrong build.
Recently picked up an R36 Ultra, love it, installed dArkOSre on it and been having a ball. Today I grabbed a few 4:3 VHS rips for some giggles, and though maybe I'd use a CRT shader.
It would seem, however, that the built in media player has been completely replaced with Kodi. I like Kodi well enough, but I just wanna play with the shaders, not use it as a dedicated media player.
Anyway to reinstall the media functionality to retroarch? I've already madesure ffmpeg is installed, and the cores info file is there, but I can't download the core, and if I point to my movie folder and try to load content, retroarch doesn't see any of the mp4's.
