Submitted 20k transfer to linked external acct. I chatted with sofi to make sure this wouldnt bet an issue. They assured me it wouldnt and said there was no flags being raised for it. 10 min later I get an email saying it was denied for "irregular" activities. I then called them, spent 40 minutes on the phone. Uploaded my DL, took a selfie image to verify the ACH was submitted by me. Got confirmation from the department that handles them that I can now resubmit the transfer and it won't reject this time. I resubmitted it. They confirmed they saw it and it would be approved this time.

Just received another email that the ACH was again denied due to irregular activities. The level of incompetence from this bank is astounding
