So i had my hsg done yesterday. Unfortunately my left tube is blocked with hydrosalpinx and I will need surgery to remove it. My right tube looks good and open. Just looking for maybe some hope here. Anyone have success on getting pregnant naturally with only one tube?? My doc said a lot of women go to ivf after the surgery but im really trying to avoid that.
