My 50-cent fix for the bass in music triggering rattles in the door panels.
This easily fixes it. That's it.
PS: Since people are asking, it's foam tape. If it's not thick enough, you could just stack it; as long as the foam is pushing against the door trim, it will eliminate the buzz from the bass.
