Advice on finding ‘my people’ at 21 in PSL?

I feel at a loss, a majority of the people in PSL are old or middle aged and I feel very alone and isolated. Whenever I try to find events that interest me to try to socialize, it’s always an older crowd. I feel odd for having to ask advice about making friends, but I feel like people my age don’t need to look for friends because they already have their own. So, it’s hard for me to find people to befriend (and actually click with) because I didn’t go to high-school here.

Even within my age group, I have a difficult time finding people I click with because I’m not socially out there like my peers and have interests that most people wouldn’t really care for. (Not that interests are everything, I’m speaking more in terms of finding people who are somewhat similar enough to me that I’d genuinely get along with them). I like to draw (usually characters I make, or comics), I’m interested in oscilloscope art, circuit bending, oddities, neuroscience, and ancient world history. I’m also learning guitar and love a lot of rock, metal, and electronic music.

I’m assuming most of the people in this subreddit are older folk, so I was hoping maybe some of the parents on here could point me in the right direction? Like, if you have kids my age who are in a similar spot as me where they don’t generally click with their own age group, where do they find the people that they click with or like to hangout for fun? Are there any music scene areas around here with younger crowds? I’d really appreciate any advice on good hangout areas :)

Completely open to new ideas too, I’d be down to pick up new hobbies if it meant being open to meeting more people

Is this legal in Port St. Lucie Florida?

On the left is the before photo, and on the right is the after.

TLDR: Neighbors destroyed over 50 yards of foliage in state woods, also habitat to endangered tortoise species.

These are state owned woods behind my family's house. I have neighbors who purposely chopped down over 50 yards worth of foliage and palmetto trees to take away our privacy (they've been harassing us for the last couple months). Before, those trees blocked off people from the woods from being able to see into our backyard and house, and now there's a giant clearing that leads directly to the middle of the woods, leaving our backyard exposed to everyone.

Is the act of chopping down state owned trees and plants illegal?? Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation already came over to check out the damage, but didn't do anything about it since they didn't find any tortoise shells back there. The woods are home to an endangered tortoise species, and tortoises have stoped coming ever since the neighbors destroyed everything back there.

We also have some video of the neighbors destroying actively destroying the foliage.

Any pointers on what to do or information about the legality of this would be appreciated, thank you.
