Had this discussion with the clan & I seriously have no idea why people thinks First Bloom is flawed? Logic is true, Math/Practical is False. I'mma try to knockout and myth bust this once and for all, set things straight. It easier cabe one of the best AR, depending how you build around it, Best maybe. I never used my Lexi since. FTR I choose flatline because its the most consistent, I generally do not like talents like killer because the consistency is bad for the %efficiency it gives the higher difficulty the content is.

I will be glad if anyone has any inputs, FTR other ARs that comes pretty close are huntsman, LUD(you cant use skills).

For comparison sake:

1. against a LEXI with tech spec and tech laser Flatline.
2. RPM/MAG/Reload time other variables are excluded and WPN DMG is standardize at 10k, Echo is at 100%
3. Fact check, Lexi has a higher RPM & needs Tech spec for its laser, Bloom Hits harder & slightly faster at reload
4. If you got a prototype Bloom with dttooc, high chance it will be overall better than a prototype lexi, unless you hit jackpot to have at least a 2 max stats Lexi.

First Bloom have no problem/issue/flaw even if you DO NOT weapon swap, stop saying it does, it is as close as a flatline lexi with laser for 100% consistency. There is no need to kill,headshot, whateva and you do not need to get lockdown to tech spec. The ONLY problem is potentially Blossom Harvest might be bug with Echo interaction or maybe its intended. Echo DO NOT replicate the bonus dmg from Blossom harvest, ONLY from the main dmg. When it's fixed, If its fixed. Its slightly better than the lexi but both remains close contenders. Also don't forget (3)&(4)

So far a Lexi flatline with tech laser is a very close gap with Bloom, both prototype with 18% echo. which is fine i love both variants.

Then I realize an issue, which could widen that gap between a little more, The issue is when Lexi procs echo 1 to 1. what you hit is what ever you replicate. you hit a 1m + 150k (flatline) crit echo replicate 1.15m dmg. simple. 1.15m+1.15m

BUT it does NOT do the same with Bloom as far as i tested. when Bloom hits 1m dmg, it does a separate dmg 330k (general dmg, similar to pestilence) and when eco procs, it only replicates the 1m hit, it DOES not replicate the Bloom talent so it only do 1m + 1m echo + 330k bloom talent. the problem I think is because of how bloom does it damage, echo does not replicate it. Not sure if its consider a bug, but IMO it should have been calculated into echo as the tooltip says "it amplifies weapon dmg", it shouldn't have been a separate addition dmg similar to pestilence.
