It's a long shot, but I'm looking for any places in the GTA who would be willing to take on an overweight, senior foster cat.

My friend is doing anything she can to try and avoid surrendering her to the humane society as she was already an emergency rescue from a neglect situation. She was placed temporarily with someone and long story short they are no longer able to care for her in the way that she needs.

Any ideas are appreciated!
