- Garoh (Saitama mode)

Tell me who you think has the best ability to copy, and who you think is the strongest

I was wondering, since all the usual top tier aren’t from Shonen and neither are main characters, then who are the absolute strongest of this category ?

For this ,obviously, all non shonen mcs are excluded (so seinen, comics, novels, etc…).
My take as of now would be someone like Synapse Gold Cloth Seiya, followed by characters like Simon or obviously Goku… there are probably others that i don’t know of that would be up there as well, feel free to enlighten me if you think of some

Meta-narrative characters are often hyped as the peak of fiction, but some could lose to top-tier Outerversal entities (like the Hadou Gods). If being 'meta' doesn't automatically mean you're the strongest, what exactly is the absolute ceiling ? Is there a higher tier beyond meta-narrative ? Or are there tiers inside of this specific category ?

Seen many people put hajun top 10, 5 or even 1 in all manga characters but i still havent seen anything allowing him to even be in a top 5 of most powerful character…if you have him in your personnal top 5 most powerful care to explain why
