How can I gain weight as a picky eater?
I'm 16y/o, male, 42/43 kg, around 165cm in height. Like the title says I'm a picky eater.
For the most time I didn't really eat much unprocessed meat, I have never been keen on vegetables and feel like it's already too late for me to actually develop a taste for them. And I ABSOLUTELY can't eat fish, even when I don't have a problem for it's taste of texture, it makes me gag non matter what.
I do eat meat even if not every type and not always, I do like fruits (I can devour pears), and since I'm Italian I often eat pasta.
I feel like I have to mention that I'm not really physically active, but I do want to start working out, however I was told to try and gain some weight first.
P.S.: if someone has a workout routine that could work for me please share. I really need it.
