Hey everyone, just finished out a peasant militia playthrough that ran to 270 days until all locations cleared. I have these 2 bros I wanted to share that I believe when I found them were ideal nimbleforged candidates. I am also posting this should people agree these are good nimbleforge bros other people can have a reference for what example bros look like.

Looking for feedback on if they were ideal nimbleforged bros as well as if the builds I gave them were ideal builds. The militiaman I found early into the run and the farmhand was much later. Correct me if I am wrong but nimbleforged seems to be a DPS role that has better survivability.

The militiaman gets 75% BF and 70% Nimble. I only leveled MATK, MDEF, and fatigue for the militiaman vet levels.

The farmhand gets 75% BF and 55% Nimble.

If people are more curious about what their stats were level 1 I can see if I can find that out.

Hello everybody,

I am looking for some career advice as I have not too long ago passed the PE Machine Design and Materials exam.

For context, I am 23 and the state I live in allows me to take the PE exam early, however I need 4 years of experience before I can officially become a PE. I have roughly 3 more years of work required before I can acquire licensure.

I work in a PE dominated industry where getting your PE is required for career growth.

I would like to stay in the industry and I would say I am inclined to switch jobs as I believe i am paid below market.

I am trying to get a realistic idea of how this changes my career outlook and how I can potentially use this as leverage.

Does passing the exam add material value or is it just more of a "nice to have" until I recieve my license? Id love to hear some input from those that are hiring managers, licensed PEs, or those who have been in a similar situation as me.
