Should I apply for line of credit after mortgage closing?

I got a mortgage with td, my first one, just purchased a house and I make around 80k a year. I’m young, early 20s, and with the lawyer fees along with paying for my whole year of home insurance outta pocket I realized I stretched myself thin. My mortgage is closing in 2 days with the first payment going out on the first of next month, and I won’t get paid in time to make that payment. I am financially stable but I feel like I made a bad call paying for my years insurance in one payment which ended up being $6k, and also paying my lawyer for the closing who charged me roughly 3k. With no one to borrow money from, I thought what about a line of credit, I’d be able to pay it off quick. But my issue is would I get approved, apparently I barely got approved for the mortgage, and would it affect my mortgage after closing? What do you guys think is best for me to do?

Great alternatives to sparkling hill resort?

Just stayed at sparkling hill resort and are checking out today, want to plan a trip for next year since this is the second time we came here and want to find another resort that’s similar, or better. Loved the views, the pools, the steam rooms and saunas. Any recommendations anywhere in BC? The resort is beautiful, the mountaintop drive up is great for the views, and the tub by the window makes baths feel more luxurious. Want a on par or better experience and I heard there are better experiences in BC. Also want the all inclusive breakfast because that is great here.

Dolby Atmos support?

I have my handheld set up as a TV living room console, I have a Samsung soundbar hooked up to my tv that supports Dolby Atmos, I was wondering if there’s a way I can get Dolby working on my handheld so the soundbar would be in Dolby Atmos mode, because currently it’s in standard and there’s no manual way to turn it on since the the output from my ayaneo has to be Dolby Atmos.

I have had my ayaneo 2 for years, and mainly used it as a console connected to my TV. I ran windows with a Bluetooth mouse and played it docked 24/7. Ayaneo had this option in their Ayaspace software that allowed me to set my maximum charge to whatever number I wanted and I kept it around 80%, since my Ayaneo was constantly plugged in. I switched over to Bazzite 3 days ago and the option is nowhere to be found. I tried using the HHD but the option wasn’t in there unlike others who had it, I downloaded decky loader and downloaded the power tools but the battery section had nothing under it to set a max charge limit to. My battery started puffing up over the last couple days and now bulges and I keep getting a weird glitch where the steam performance overlay will say my battery is at 106% capacity. My battery never puffed up before and I regret downloading Bazzite now. Anyone know a fix for the max capacity to be lowered for battery health, it seems whatever safety features my ayaneo had to make sure the battery never overcharged is no longer working.
Thanks in advance

I run my Ayaneo 2 on bazzite and mostly use it as a tv gaming console. I wanted to up my VRAM and I heard Ayaneo officially supported it, but you need the newest bios and Ayaspace. I haven’t updated my bios since I got the device, nor do I have any clue how to, and I have no idea how to use Ayaspace on Bazzite. Any help would be appreciated. I still have the original SSD with windows and all original software downloaded, should I just swap ssds and do it then swap back? Will the changes stay?
Thanks

I have done all the steps, I have the insider preview update showing in the update tab in settings, I have tried updating it multiple times with multiple fixes online and haven’t figured it out.
What I have tried:
- secure boot
- system config changed to clean boot recommended in this article ~ https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/topic/how-to-perform-a-clean-boot-in-windows-da2f9573-6eec-00ad-2f8a-a97a1807f3dd

Every time I download the update and press restart it, it updates and then it says “undoing changes made to your computer” then I restart and go into settings and windows update and it says failed with error code 0XC1900101

Any help would be appreciated.
