How to Ship a Ring and a Key

As the title said, I am trying to figure out the best way to ship a ring and a key. I don't know the weight of either, but I can probably say its less than 6 ounces altogether. The thing is, I want to protect the ring. I worn it a bit, but it's still in really good shape since it's only been a few months since I received it - how would I go about packaging. The key being stronger, I'm not too worried about. I just want to figure out how to ship it altogether, keeping the ring safe, and definitely with tracking since I want both items to go back to who it's supposed to. I do not want it getting lost in the mail, if there's any way to do that while keeping costs relatively low, any advice is appreciated! (I am also in the US and have zero packaging materials at home)
