2015 GS 350 issue

Soooo, just took home a 2015 GS 350 F Sport with 96k miles from CarMax.

Issue: While using the normal driving mode (not the manual mode) normal and eco mode both give me a clunking sound in the rear when I give it a little bit of throttle. When it's full throttle, don't get the clunking sound. Minimal to medium throttle = Clunking sound.

When I'm in the "manual mode" I do not get it at all.

Thank God for the 10 day warranty.

I don't know if I should keep it and have them fix it or give it back to them. Besides that, there are a few rattles here and there (driver's side interior door handle when going over bumps, CD player is basically continuous)

Should I even waste money on a Post Purchase Inspection?

It's a bit of a bummer but at least I can bring it back.

Is this worth it?

2015 GS 350 F Sport

Price: $21,998

Mileage: 96k

Owners: 2

This is the only GS 350 remotely close to me, besides one that is a 2013 base model with 120k miles for 17k.

Can I change the staggered setup on the F-Sport to square?

Edit: I need a vehicle soon because of transmission issues with my current car. Can't really afford to wait. There's a 2016 Acura TLX Sh-AWD V6 for 20k, but I really prefer the GS.
