started my c25k journey this past week. determined to keep going, keep learning, and work my way to eventually doing a 5k one day. just happy to have finished the first week though, my muscles are strugglin' to adapt to this new impact. 😅

Mentally friendly ways to do a health journey

Hi all,
I am 25(f) and weigh too much so I'm not going to put a specific number right here.
I have really been struggling with chronic stress and anxiety, so I am trying to go back to the basics. I am a mental health clinician and know the research shows that movement, diet, and sleep make a world's difference.
Recently decided to buckle down and tackle basic areas of my life that need some overhauling in hopes of better energy levels, mental health benefits, and weight loss along the way.
I have OCD and a history of disordered eating, and am trying to figure out the mentally friendly way to track weight loss/diet without going into an obsessive state over calories or numbers. Any tips? Thank you!
