Title: Nissan Micra 2019 manual - air vent mode knob out of alignment Post
Hi, I have a and the air direction selector knob (face / feet / windshield vents) seems out of alignment.
The knob position does not match the actual vent mode.
For example, I need to turn it about half a step further to the right for it to activate the correct mode.
Because of that, the last mode on the far right is impossible to reach, since it would require turning even more to the right past the limit.
The knob still turns and changes modes, just not in the correct positions.
I tried searching online, but almost every result is about the temperature controls being stuck on hot/cold.
My issue is specifically with the air direction / vent mode selector.
Did anyone have this before?
Is it usually:
the knob itself misaligned?
a cable issue?
a slipped gear behind the panel?
And is this something I can fix myself without removing the whole dashboard?
