Wanting to start my LECA journey, scared to harm my plants 😭

Hi all! I have a couple plants currently in LECA that I started from existing props I had. I have a horrible problem with gnats and I am at my wits end with it. There is a semi hydro plant store near me and they swear by using LECA for every single plant but I’m worried about the transition period. I have quite a few different monsteras, philo’s, alocasia, anthurium, and a few other types on indoor plants and I’m wanting to transition as many as I can from soil to LECA.

Any tips, tricks, advice? Plants that probably wouldn’t do too good in LECA? Supplement recommendations? I’ve gotten mixed answers between google and reading a few other posts from various subs. Thanks for any help! 💕

I currently have (not in LECA) a large monstera Thai con., Swiss cheese, Standleyana Albo, Peru, and Burl Marx Flame.
Philodendron ring of fire, golden crocodile, Melanochrysum, Royal Queen, and Silver Sword
Alocasia Zebrina, Azlanii, and Polly
Anthurium regale
Colocasia Mojito

Just dropping a little list in case anyone has gone semi hydro from soil with any of these
