Roblox will release the new requirements to publish a game to all ages around early-mid june worldwide (aka the new 1000 rbx fee to publish an game) whether this also applies to update an game I'm really unsure of...

Already gathered enough to publish my first game thankfully

Right now trying to get as much help as I can before PD shuts down for either incase the game flops and doesnt earn the cost next or the advertising if i get enough.

Huge thanks to tookoji and offthemeter for funding most of my rbx, honestly trying to get a few more for either ads (which is very unlikely to get enough for) or incase my first game doesnt do well or earn back the cost

Is this real? It was on my main roblox page 😭, never in a million years would roblox do this, is my account cooked for having this?

Worked on my first game a while ago (just a cheap anime tycoon 😭) while being completely unaware of the new Roblox 'plus' requirement. Got massively disappointed when i found out and eventually quit developing altogether.

Not long after that I even lost access to my main account and basically quit the platform entirely

Recently I heard about the upcoming May 19th update where publishing will cost 1k rbx and honestly that gave me some last bit of hope. I restarted on a new account yesterday, and THANK GOD I still had the game files saved on my PC (even tho I had to remake a ton of assets and animations)

I was wondering if anyone could help out with a donation so I can eventually afford the fee I know posts like these usually get ignored and barely get comment, but this genuinely means a lot to me and I really want to finish this project

Hopefully I can manage to get enough before Pd shuts down on the 29th… (hope Hazem finds some kind of solution)

I’d seriously appreciate any help at all. My Roblox username is Velbeel. also the game is still a work in progress I’ve finished the tycoons and combat system already but I still have a lot of VFX left to do.
