I usually get the train but after a horrendous 5 hour delay getting home last time, we opted for a hotel this year.

I've looked on the website and through other threads but can't find an answer so hoping someone can answer here!

If we get a taxi from our hotel (about 10 mins away), do we have to go to the drop off area the website describes or can we get it to say the train station?

Usually get off the train but can't say I ever really paid much attention to traffic/if the road is blocked off!
