Need help checking my PC parts list

I want to buy/build a pc to play iRacing and some AAA games (BF6, GTA6, ...) for about ~£2000 (closer to £1500 would be great). The pc should be able to run those games without having to fuss around with settings and preferably be future proof (easily upgradble) without going over the top.
For the moment I've landed on the following parts list. I have very little knowledge of pc building so any feedback would be appreciated. Would especially like to know where the build sits performace wise (under / over kill for my reqs).

CPU: AMD Ryzen 7 9800X3D 4.7 GHz 8-Core Processor (£368.99 @ Amazon UK)

CPU Cooler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler (£29.99 @ Amazon UK)

Motherboard: MSI B850 GAMING PLUS WIFI6E ATX AM5 Motherboard (£119.99 @ Amazon UK)

Memory: Crucial Pro Overclocking 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 Memory (£319.99 @ Amazon UK)

Storage: KIOXIA EXCERIA PLUS G4 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 5.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive (£209.99 @ Scan)

Video Card: Sapphire PULSE Radeon RX 9070 XT 16 GB Video Card (£629.99 @ Amazon UK)

Case: Fractal Design North ATX Mid Tower Case (£119.99 @ Amazon UK)

Power Supply: Corsair RM850e (2025) 850 W Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (£85.99 @ Amazon UK)

Total: £1884.92

Need advice for first PC build

Was initially looking at 7800X3D but 9800X3D was only £50 more.

CPU Cooler: Thermalright Phantom Spirit 120 SE 66.17 CFM CPU Cooler (£29.99 @ Amazon UK)

Motherboard: Asus TUF GAMING B850-E WIFI ATX AM5 Motherboard (£149.99 @ Amazon UK)
Going off of Claude recommendation.

Memory: Crucial Pro Overclocking 32 GB (2 x 16 GB) DDR5-6000 CL36 Memory (£319.99 @ Amazon UK)
Cheapest I could find.

Storage: KIOXIA EXCERIA PLUS G4 2 TB M.2-2280 PCIe 5.0 X4 NVME Solid State Drive (£209.99 @ Scan)
Cheapest I could find that looked decent.

Video Card: Asus TUF GAMING OC GeForce RTX 5070 Ti 16 GB Video Card (£889.99 @ Overclockers.co.uk)
Not the cheapest, other options were PNY OC or Palit Gamingpro-s. Asus seemed sturdier / quieter.

Case: Fractal Design North ATX Mid Tower Case (£119.99 @ Amazon UK)
Love the design (I dislike RGB).

Power Supply: Corsair RM850e (2025) 850 W Fully Modular ATX Power Supply (£85.99 @ Amazon UK)

Total: £2174.92
