Period started the day after my third t shot but I haven't had one in at least 6 months until now?
tldr: is it normal for my period to randomly start after a 6 month absence or is it related to my t dose? (.25 ml 200 mg weekly)
So as the title says, my period started. womp womp. normally I wouldn't be worried about this as much as just a little annoyed because I know menstruation doesn't usually stop immediately after starting t but what's weirding me out is that I haven't had one for over 6 months and now all of a sudden it's starting up again and I'm worried it's related to my t dose or something. My periods tend to be irregular because my t levels are naturally slightly above average and since puberty I've gone through phases where they'll be perfectly regular for a while and then suddenly they'll stop completely for months at a time before resurfacing at random. I figured my t dose was on the lower end of average to accommodate my already high levels but now I'm not sure (.25 ml 200 mg weekly). I know that having too much t can make periods start again so I'm worried my dose is too high but it also might just be my body choosing a very inconvenient time to do it's job and it simply hasn't been long enough for t to stop it. Any info or advice would be helpful. I'm about to message my doctor about it and might schedule an appointment to get my levels checked depending on what they say, I'm mostly just coming here for a little bit of reassurance because I wasn't mentally prepared to wipe blood during my morning bathroom trip LMAO.
