I have an outstanding balance on my apple account (it’s pending then processing then pending again) and it’s gonna take some time

Basically the current version of WhatsApp expired and I can’t access my account

I need it for work and other stuff but I’m unable to acsess it cuz it either wants me to scan and I can’t or type the code into the app and even that isn’t working

Any ideas???

Like why can’t they have the normal sms or email verification
