hello! i read on the DOH/Dubai Health website that the cross match happens on the 29th of june.

so if hypothetically you’ve been matched to more than 1 health authority, do you have to choose which program you want to commit to on the 30th of june? or do you find this out on the final match day (6th of july)

So my intl FIGS order got stuck on “shipment on hold” with DHL for weeks with zero updates. After a lot of back and forth, DHL declared it lost and FIGS sent me a replacement.

Two weeks later the original package shows up at my door.

So now I have two of the same order and I’m not sure what the right thing to do is. I want to do the right thing and not just keep both, and because I don’t really need 2 more of the same scrub shirts. But also I went through a lot of hassle over this, missed having my scrubs for an away rotation, spent weeks chasing DHL and FIGS for answers.

Has anyone been in this situation? Wondering if anyone has done this through their standard returns portal before? Will it process normally or will it get flagged/rejected since it was part of a replacement order? Don’t really want to end up going back and forth with customer service again after everything 😅
