What colors are you hoping Figs drops this summer?
I’ve been hoping Figs would bring back Fern or Cactus this spring but guess I’ll have to keep waiting! I know everyone’s hoping for Espresso but that seems more like a fall color (if they ever drop it)
I bought this pair of joggers from a company selling figs overstock/returns. I cannot find a picture of these scrubs anywhere! I’m guessing the main color is ceil blue, and the accents are navy/burgundy. Has anyone seen these anywhere or know anything about them? The tag says they’re Tansen but they look just like the Zamora. I’m wondering if anyone can confirm they’re ceil blue before I buy the wrong color of top.

Our pharmacy has spent thousands of dollars with Figs over time, which makes this situation especially disappointing. We returned two orders in a single box (including both return forms and labels), assuming this would be acceptable given the size of the shipment. Unfortunately, only one return was processed, leaving approximately $300 unaccounted for.
We have made multiple attempts to resolve this through online chat, phone calls, and email, and each time we are told someone will follow up within 1–3 business days. However, we have yet to receive any meaningful response or resolution. At this point, we are simply asking for either the refund owed or the return of the merchandise.
We have been patient and have invested significant time trying to correct this issue, but the lack of communication and follow-through has been extremely frustrating and unprofessional. As a result, we will be taking our business elsewhere.
I just received a new pair of FIGS scrubs and noticed a clean slit in the back near the neck seam. Initially I thought it was maybe something I had done but I just inspected the packaging and found a small nick in the plastic bag that lines up with the tear.
I also realized that there are also matching slits at the bottom hem on both the front and back, in a similar pattern.
That makes me think this may have happened either during packaging (snagging inside the bag) or possibly a manufacturing defect that wasn’t caught in QC.
The item is otherwise fine and wearable, but it’s disappointing for a brand new pair.
Has anyone experienced similar defects with FIGS, especially repeated pattern slits like this? Curious if support usually replaces items like this.
