I got this car in Jan. Since then I’ve had nothing but problems, screen goes blank, cameras stop working, volume button won’t work, the seatbelt alarm will keep going off even if no one is seated in the back, just a few problems to name a few. I’m tired of dealing with this car. My monthly payments are Iike $900 and with insurance and everything and I’m paying $1300 a month for this car and it seems a ridiculous amount for a car that doesn’t work more than half the time.
Been going back and forth for a month with Volvo finance and they refused to buy back the car. I want to use lemon law and sue them for such a bad faulty car that clearly shouldn’t have hit dealerships.
Has anyone had luck with Volvo financial and can tell me how to go about this?

I have the sx prestige hybrid 2026. It has the collision warning but definitely does not brake.
I thought it had the braking feature. Very disappointed!!

Checked out the 2026 forester. Loved everything about it but what is up with the screen???? It appears to be so outdated compared to the other 2026 cars I see. Why is that ? Is it different in the higher trims? I really want to get the 2026 forester but the screen is so ugly! Has anyone found a way around this?

Loved the 2026 sportage best out of all the cars I test drove this weekend. Really want to get it but one of my coworkers warned me that they are more prone to break ins. Even though the newer Kia’s can’t be stolen, the dum dums attacking cars don’t know that and apparently they break in attempting to steal the cars and end up damaging to windows. Can anyone share their thoughts and if I should reconsider buying Kia cause they’re more susceptible to break ins and window smashed? She also said my insurance would go up!! Can fellow Kia owners share their thoughts please? Located in California, USA.

Really liked the 2026 Kia sportage out of all the cars I test drove on the weekend. My friend who’s from Fresno said Kia theft and breaks ins are very common and I should avoid Kia. I’m not from here and only been living in Fresno for 1.5 years. Not had any problems with my current Subaru. I’m concerned that my Kia might attract car break ins and windows smashed from whatever I read. Can people that own Kia cars chime in? Did you’ll have your car attacked just cause it was a Kia ? Am I over thinking?

EDIT : know the new cars can’t be stolen anymore and that Kia fixed the issue. But the idiots trying to attack these cars don’t know that and they still attempt to steal leaving the car damaged and with broken windows
