Looking for full length basic tops

Ordering online, I can't really tell if these tops will be full-length or slightly cropped. I recently got some truly low-rise jeans, and I'd like some basic tops that are long enough that I don't feel exposed.

The Homestretch Rib Tune T-Shirt in particular looks cropped in some photos and longer in others, so I'm confused. Help me narrow down what might work!

Best off campus study spots?

Where do people living off campus go to study?

in particular looking for cute cafes or libraries nearby to downtown Halifax or Fenwick medical centre? I’m moving to Halifax so I’d like to know some places where it’s acceptable be studying on a laptop for hours and has outlets :)

Groupchat for incoming NUMT / BHSc students?

I'd love to get to know who all my classmates will be in the fall, just wondering if there was a group chat for incoming NUMT or BHSc students.

Or if anyone was interested in making one. Either on Facebook, Instagram, Discord, or whatever else people use!

Any luck requesting vaccination records?

I tried to obtain my records by calling the Eastern Regional Health Authority – St. John’s phone number listed on the Newfoundland government website. No one actually answered, and it's just a prerecorded message saying to leave a message with certain information, which I did, but I haven't heard back, and it's been more than the 2-5 days they said they would respond in.

I was just wondering if anyone else had to do this and how they ended up getting vaccination records? For context, I need my records to work in a clinical environment for school + have no family doctor to ask for help with obtaining my records and vaccinations.

Buying spin shoes

I have been very hesitant to buy spin shoes because I'm scared I'll buy a pair that works at my current studio but not another. I'm about to move and thus switch studios, but I'd like to start instructing, and it would be nice to have my own pair. What do you all recommend in terms of this? My current studio offers to order spin shoes through them (in particular SH-IC100, SH-RC102, and SH-RC302). They offer complementary cleats + installation to make them suitable to clip into the spin bikes they have. Is this what most studios use? I'm fairly clueless and don't wanna spend a pretty penny on a pair of shoes that won't work at other studios.

edit: typo

How are people getting prescriptions refilled without a family doctor?

About a year ago I lost my family doctor. I’ve been calling 811 every 3 months to get my prescription extended since it ran out but it’s very inconvenient that they will only prescribe for such a short period of time. Is there anyway people know to get a longer prescription, like a year? Do pharmacists do this?

For context the prescription is birth control.

No way to add song to playlist?

Has anyone else experienced this? The option to add a song to a playlist is gone. Any fix known? This is on my iPhone, iOS 26.4.2. Tried to close and reopen the app and nothing changed.

Hey, I am starting a BHSc program in nuclear medicine technology in the fall, coming from a background in chemistry. In particular, I have a BSc in chemistry & am currently finishing up an MSc in analytical chemistry. I realized research isn't for me; I'd like to do something that is still science-based, but more patient-focused. I've always been interested in healthcare, but never in medical school. I originally wanted to do pharmacy, but didn't get in and did chemistry instead.

A lot of it seems similar to how people have been describing their day-to-day duties. Starting the day off with QA/QC, working with specialized instrumentation, etc.

I was wondering if anyone pivoted from a similar STEM/lab-focused career into NUMT. I am pretty nervous to feel as though I am starting from scratch after completing so much school, and I want to still have a life outside of school. How is the balance? I'm doing a four-year BHSc program in Canada. Also, do you think I'll struggle academically? Chemistry is by no means easy but I got by with mostly Bs & Cs, while the Nuclear Med Tech program requires I keep all my grades B or higher.

Are there any Pilates instructor training programs locally in St. John's? I'm interested in learning to teach pilates over the summer, but can't really find any info on in-person training in St. John's. I would also be interested in other fitness class instructor training.
