Sent me wrong item and won’t refund or send correct one.. wtf
First time Aritzia shopper, ordered a large hoodie online but when the package arrived it was really small and light so filmed opening it - it was only a pack of XS socks that I didn’t order. A case was opened (sent them the video, photos, weights etc) but per their investigation the correct item (per the weight on the shipping label) was sent and nothing can be done. Anyone else ever get resolution from them once case has been closed or is my only option a charge back/ dispute with payment provider?
