It’s every single time, the cashier will take the phone out of my hand and hold it to see the order number. I’ve tried everything i can think of: offering to read the order number out loud, holding the phone farther away, magnifying the number, nothing has worked and they just reach out and take simultaneously as they are ask “can I just see your phone” (so not really asking). I just find this weird and gross, and kind of invasive? I don’t want to trigger the mean girl that may or may not live inside these workers…Are there magical words or a strategy I am missing? .

Outpatient clinic. Discovered a clerk had been closing referrals due to being unable to reach pts but was sending no letter to pts. This went on for about a year. Is there a way to access the names of pts referred to a program but referral was closed without the pt ever being seen?
