I was at Artizia the other day and asked about when the fall collection is going to be released. The sales associate said whatever they’ve launched is basically it for the fall collection and they’ll be more drops most likely for winter. I’ve been looking for more fall dresses and it’s frustrating knowing that they aren’t going to be releasing anything.
I’m a bit confused about my readiness scores lately. For the past several months (since I got my Oura Ring), my sleep and readiness scores have consistently been in the 80–90 range.
Recently, though, my readiness score has dropped quite a bit. The app sometimes says my heart rate is elevated, but even on nights when it doesn’t seem high, my readiness score is still low due to other factors.
I can’t really figure out what’s causing the change. Has anyone experienced something similar, or have any idea what might be affecting it? Should I be concerned?
