I'm in my mid 30s, contemplating switching career(from nursing) for a while. What would be a good industry to get into (in Auckland)? I would love to hear your experience if you made a career change successfully at a similar age. How did you make it? Has it improved your life (in what way)?

One of my neighbour's outdoor cat has fleas(don't know which neighbour this cat belongs to but definitely not a stray).
The cat visits me everyday and is very affectionate, she greets(meows at) me and wait outside my door and windows like shes waiting for me to get home from work. (very therapeutic 🥰)
However she's scratching herself all the time and I could see visible fleas on her, I want to buy flea treatment for her but I worry about double dosing if the owner also using it soon.. is there any natural products we can use in nz that is safe(won't interact with the usual flea treatment) for cats and repels fleas at the same time? (don't know the age and weight of the cat)
Will I be in trouble if I use it on the cat without the owner's consent? Or is it safer that I just buy a flea comb to remove them manually?
