Currently have an issue with Kmart Online order, and looking for help as to where i can post to ask for help.
I am in New Zealand.
I have already tried r/kmart, which was just US people grieving. Going to try r/NewZealand next

Not sure if this belongs here because of online and Nz but:
Recently I tried to order a jacket online, but when finalising the purchase I got an error message. Where it then took me out of the page.
So I think “huh that was weird” so naturally I don’t question it and do the whole process again. Then the same error message again.
Ive received no notice , indication or order confirmation for either one. But the money was still taken from my account.
So now I’ve accidentally bought two of this jacket. And I’m down $100.
Is there anyway to get a refund. I’ve tried to go through customer service, but I have no order number. So am I out of luck, or is there something I can still do?
