Just ordered Fodzyme for the first time. Has anyone taken that free 30 minute class they offer with your first purchase? Wondering if it’s worth my time. Thanks.

Have been taking in morning for about 4 months. It’s a pain with my schedule. GI doc said it was OK to try at night. For those that don’t take it in the morning do you take it 30 minutes before dinner or before bed? Thanks.
