I am seeing online that you can pay to “sponsor” rescue industry animals and prevent them from ending up on kill lists.

Can anyone with experience tell me about this practice, and if it is good practice then where are some good sites for this sort of thing?

I’m seeking to educate myself on this practice in my first year of veganism. Thanks!
