Does moving your body/working out clear the mind and make you enjoy your life better
Hi everyone im 20(f) and I am someone who has worked out and been active in the past but has definitely put it off for the last couple months. I wanted to get back into working out and maybe swimming to overall get my body moving and feel better about myself and things but Im not sure if it is going to help my motivation for my hobbies i have pushed off or anything. I want to "enjoy" working out but motivation is the biggest thing for me. How to yall do it?
