Monday I thought I was done with Coheed, Tuesday I’m back among the fence.

Monday night I saw C&C with Shinedown in Edmonton. It was solidly okay.

I went for Coheed mostly. The arena was large and we were near the back. When it was over I felt nothing about it. I thought maybe my Coheed fandom was done.

Tuesday I saw them as a headliner in a smaller venue (Calgary). The vibe was so different. The crowd was in to it, and Coheed put on an amazing show with way more songs. Just had an amazing time. Turned out to be one of my favourite concerts of all time.

It’s amazing how two concerts on back to back nights can be so different.

I swear I saw a coverage map of my area but now I cannot find it!

Uber covers half my town.

I cannot request a ride at my house but if I walk a block away I can request a ride. The coverage line splits our small city in two.

I swear I saw a coverage map that illustrated this in the past but now for the life of me I can’t find this online or on archive.org.

Am I going crazy or did these maps once exist? Anybody know where they can be found now?

(In Canada if it matters)

Switching to new iPhone

I got a new iphone and used the apple based migration process to sync over all my apps and settings, etc...

Immich on the new iphone says everything is synced and happy, but nothing new is being backed up by the new phone.

I have confirmed that the immich app has full library access.

I'd rather not do a full reset as (if I'm understanding it correctly) immich would need to go and rehash all 40,000 photos and then attempt to upload them all again.

What is the best way to recover from this? Or steps I can do to debug this further?

thx!
