Downpipe MK2 TTS

Morning,

Going stage 2 on my MK2 TTS, have ramp time to fit my scorpion downpipe this week but then have 2 weeks until my rolling road session with my tuner. This is my only road going car at the moment (lol) and do about 150/200 miles a week. Would it be safe enough to drive with the downpipe but no tune for that long?
