We travelled to a different town for our friend's (turning) 2 year old's birthday. 4 hours before we were heading out the mum tells us she is doing under the sea, but hasn't got anything sorted, nothing, not the decorations, food or even cake... so I'm on a mission, go to the shop... Grabbed some stuff, a basic sponge cake and some icing ingredients, dyes, fondant, lollies etc.

Cake was ready in under 2 hours. Pretty proud considering I had no notice. I love decorating cakes!
